Club 99 was formed for those individuals who want to contribute to a political campaign but do not want their personal information public.

Campaign Finance Reporting Rules allows individual contributions of $99.00 or less to be reported under “unitemized contributions”.

We still need your name, address, occupation and employer for our records, but it will not be posted in any reporting documents and are not for publication. The information will be kept private.

If you contribute more than once and the amount is more than $100.00 it must be reported in our filing documents.

The funds collected will be applied directly to contacting the voters in the district.  You will be playing a major role in bringing our message to the voters and giving them a reason to vote on Election Day.

Contributions are not tax deductible but are vital to our campaign. To Comply with Reporting Requirements, we will need your name, address, employer and occupation (not required if unemployed).

The Maximum contribution per individual in an election is $2,500.00. A Husband and Wife can each contribute $2,500.00 provided both sign the check.

There is a contribution limit of $2,500.00 per election.

Federal law prohibits congressional candidates from accepting corporate contributions. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors and foreign nationals without permanent residence status "green cards" are prohibited.
